SBC International Law Associates has been advising small private clients and large multinational corporations in the areas of corporate services, immigration, executive transfers and dispute resolutions since 2000. Back then, we were representing our clients via our Hong Kong office and local partners.

Our firm currently has offices in Hong Kong and Thailand with a strong team of resident partners, solicitors and paralegals. Our legal professionals are fluent in several Asian languages and are supported by an in-house translation service.

The Partners and most of the lawyers at SBC have spent the majority of their careers in the territory and have a detailed understanding of businesses in Asia.

SBC International Law Associates has a long history in Thailand and a strong network of relationships in the various government organizations, Royal Thai Police and Immigration Police.

The firm’s key areas of legal services are corporate services, immigration and executive transfers, litigation and dispute resolution, intellectual property and real estate. All of our lawyers in Thailand have Asian experiences and are well-qualified locally. The Thailand team has the resources to lead and manage large, complex transactions and projects, both in the domestic market and the region.
